What does it mean if I can't look up the parts for my serial

In threads like these people talk about looking up exactly what parts ship with their machines, even before they get them, using this link. Mine is due to arrive on Saturday, but I get:

Shouldn't that information be in their system from the build date? I typed in the type: "2378" and the serial: "99DNxxx" (xxx = 3 digit #).

Also, I'm interested in buying some spare parts (I go through laptop keyboards between 9-18 months). Not simply replacing them. I'd like to have a few before they disappear, become discontinued, or are marked up and found only on eBay. How do I order parts direct from IBM? Is there any way to do it along with the normal IBM accessories? Thanks!

Edit: Well it's updated now. I've got the China keyboard and the Sanyo battery. We'll see. I actually like the old clicky keyboards, but I can't stand keyboard flex and am semi-sensitive to needless noise.
