no Sound Divice T40

I re-formatted my T40 using XP and now I have no sound and it says cannot locate sound divice when I try to load soundblaster or a driver.

This is the driver you should be using for the built in sound.

Audio driver for Windows 98SE/2000/XP - ThinkPad R40, R50/e/p, R51, T40/p, T41/p, T42/p, X31, X32, X40

Follow the installation instructions on the page to install the driver.

:o ,last week,when my t42 play the mp3 songs ,it always interrupt.
I replaced my sound drive. It works well.
