hey everyone,
i was using my regular logitech usb mouse the other day on my T42 2373-3UU, and it was working fine, but then today, when I move the mouse around a lot, the cursor sometimes goes straight to the upper left corner w/o me doing it.
anyone ever have this problem?
weird mouse behavior?
While not on a Thinkpad, I've seen this happend to my Logitech optical mouse (using the PS2 adapter) into my Belkin Omni Cube KVM when I switch to my Linux desktop [HP Vectra] from my Windows desktop [Dell GX150]. Happens rarely and when it does, usually unplugging the mouse from the KVM and replugging it in fixes this.
If you unplug the mouse and plug it back in, does it start working again? I'd be included to try to delete the HID device in the hardware manager and then "detect new hardware" to have the system re-add the mouse. Might not work, but may be worth a try.
