Restoring Client Security System keys?

Hi all,

Since someone at work interfered with my T43 I keep getting this message after logging in:

"The Client Security System keys need to be restored. Only the Client Security administrator can do this."

After pressing Enter it shows that the "Client Sec keys could not be restored".

How does one restore CSS keys?

I had the computer serviced and they are clueless. They even changed the board to fix the issue. Alas.
