T43 Won't Boot on docking station

My T43 will not boot when it's on my docking station. I had the docking station hooked up at work, and it worked fine. Now at home, no luck. My guess is it's the different monitor - any ideas on how to troubleshoot? The laptop stops at the Thinkpad screen and will not go any further. If the laptop is already booted and I place into the docking station, the screen freezes. If I disconnect the monitor, it boots with no problem.

Try booting with the suspect monitor connected directly to the ThinkPad, without using the docking station. If that works, try again with the docking station.
