Battery health in red. How is the warrenty?

Hello people,

My battery of my thinkpad is in red and I have heard that if it's still in warrenty you can get a new one for free from IBM..
Does anybody know how I can check if the battery is still under warrenty? Or is it the same as the system (3 years).

Batteies in general carry one-year warranty only, this is clearly stated in Thinkpad warranty claim.

Hey man thanks I couldn't find that so easily on the IBM site.. It's really a bit horrible to lookup information... maybe it lies on my firefox...

Anywhay I called with the Helpdesk and they gave me the same answer.. it's only 1 year warrenty unfortunately...

Firefox ? may be...
I still work with Mozilla on my desktop (though Firefox on my T43), but once getting to Lenovo (or other official sites with automated features) I switch to IE, exactly because of ano of those features doesn't work properly in any but standard IE.
