Battery doesnt charge?

I plugged the adapter to the laptop but the power manager gauge just shows the battery at 66% charge all the way. It doesnt even move up to anywhere close to 100%.

The power manager was never changed and i was always able to charge the battery fully to 100%. I dont think it's the problem with battery as I have 2 batteries and they both show the same thing. They dont charge. Any help on this? Thanks.
