No "Standby" option after drop

Unfortunately I recently dropped by T43. Ever since then, I notice I don't get the 'Standby' of "hibernation' option anymore (at shutdown or when I close the lid). I tried messing with the Power Management Option, but no luck.

Any suggestion?
