Anyone know where I can get a new systemboard for a reasonable price? (IBM and other stores I found are charing $500-$600) Also, IBM says that the 39T5433 and 93P3310 works for my 2379 T41, but I was wondering if others would work too. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

You can try eBay, or even the Marketplace here, and you should find an appropriate system board.

Also, most of the planars for the T4X Series will work in the chassis of your T41, with the slight exception of the T43 planars which have a PC Express card slot on top of the PCMCIA slot on the bottom whereas the majority of the T4X Series have 2 PCMCIA card slots. So the cage and connectors have to be either refitted or worked with if you choose to install a T43 planar. There is also the SATA controller with a SATA-PATA bridge to deal with on a T43 board. So you might want to get a T42 or just another T41 system board.

As said above, ebay really is your best option. I've found many system boards on there, although thankfully I had on-site warranty when my system board died.

I found one 128mb mobo at sale on ebay.
