What should I do with my T43?

I've had numerous issues and my T43 is still in warranty, and EasyServ hasn't resolved them in the nice manner...
A - Screen had lint in backlight
Solved, but they caused 2 scratch marks, one on the bezel, one near the LCD area. Now the screen has 2 "smudge" like shapes that are white when the whole screen is black.
B - PC Card slot door spring came off, door hinge broke
Solved by onsite tech, it just came off minutes ago, but the door hasn't broken.
C - Fan noise
Undervolting, and fan control doesn't help. Now its developed into a strange "pulsating" noise.
D - Numerous "markings" that wern't caused by me but EasyServ
I don't know if they'll reject me on the "cosmetic" issue, since these scratches are pretty deep

That and some other things I might not have mentioned. So far I need to call back to get the PCMCIA door slot thing fixed... Any suggestions?
