Hello all-
I have a T42 with ATI x300 video card.
I want to hook it up to my LCD TV which has resolution of 1366x768. The video card setting should allow 1280x720 (or something like this) but when I switch display to external, the picture looks s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d like when you try to view SD on an HD screen. This is terribly annoying. Anyway to make it display properly? My dell 700m has been fine. I read somewhere that I might have to install a catalyst driver. Is that true? if so, which is the right driver? I really would not want to monkey around with video driver and potentially ruin a fine laptop.
Help please-
Thank you
Brad

Hi
Try to use OmegaDriver for ATIX300 , the latest version on Catalyst 6.9 , allows to set up different resolution on second screen..
You can download it from here
