Mouse lag

I have a Logitech V200 cordless mouse connected to my T40p. When downloading at rates >400 Kb/s I experience mouse lag (slow response and jerking). It starts/stops immediately when as the download starts/stops.

There are no problems with either of the build in mice.

Could this be an IRQ problem? I'm using wireless network by the way.
