restore to factory defaults after windows vista?!

#1 Post by tehsoul » Sun Oct 29, 2006 7:07 am

Hiya

A while ago i installed windows vista rc1 on my t43p... now, i wanted to restore the system by pressing the blue button during startup, but when i do, i go into the BIOS, not that ibm service tool where i can restore the laptop to its defaults... any ideas anyone? :S

(the predesktop utility bios setting is set to "normal" by the way...)

Vista rewrites the mbr. Click in the HD Clone below and follow the Repair f11 function, that should then allow you to utilize the f11 key on startup again.
