#1 Post by jhonyl » Tue Oct 31, 2006 4:15 pm

Hi, My battery MaxiMiser sometimes forgets its settings, and resets itself to 100%,96% you know what I mean. Does it happen to anyone else? what can I do?

It happens to me too. I haven't found a solution, though.

Maybe someone knows which process runs it? Or how to reinstall it?

Hi, The problem seems to be solved.

I turned off (exit) the task bar battery indicator ( that green thing ), and for my surprise, it didn't show itself again. Later I have found that I have a small icon in the tray, of a power cord, or a battery and when I press it with the left button I can choose my power profile, and with the right it opens the status. In the status it shows how much the battery is charged. To my surprise it respects my battery charging specification and stops charging at 40% charge as I wanted.
