Any safe method to overclock FireGL T2?

I've installed Flight Simulator X on my T41p, but could be possible to have more performance on the 128MB FireGL T2 card. I use AtiTool, but some user on this forum reported that he fried the graphic chip when he underclock it too much. Mine runs at 320MHz Core and 202.50 Memory

Any ideas.
