T40 automatic power on?

I have a T40 and I want him to stay up and running for an application. Sometime we have power shutdowns for maintenance. Is it possible to configure the T40 to reboot when the power is back?

The laptop is far for anyone, so I have to go manualy restart it.

I know that I can do that in the BIOS with a Dell Latitude D600.
Is it possible with a T40? Or a T2x?
