open bay models

#1 Post by lpn » Mon Aug 30, 2004 8:43 am

IBM used to have open bay T series models on their education site, but they don't have them anymore.
Any idea why these models were removed and if they would have them anytime soon?

Seems like a good price, but I don't feel like purchasing a thinkpad from ebay
(unless it's from the IBM authorized auctions, but they don't have any T series
right now and I can get better price using the educational discount anyway).

Well, open up TABook and give your edu rep a call. They may be able to cut you the same discount on anything, just that they don't present it all on the web.

2379-ezu = open bay T42, 1600x1200, dothan 1.8 :)
