Ultrabay Slim Question

#1 Post by denmart » Thu Nov 09, 2006 9:09 pm

Hi,

Would like to know if there are any USB cable or PCMCIA/ Express card converter that can connect an Ultrabay Slim Drive/ HDD Case so that it can be used externally?

That question was asked awhile back in the Hardware forum and, to the best of my knowledge, no there is not such a species of external converter solely for the UltraBay devices (either optical drives or the 2nd HDD adapter). :)

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I might have to get a USB/ PCMCIA to ATA/ SATA converter so that I can boot up my second HDD and yet have the DVD RAM capability.
