What is a 2373-FYG

Hi,
I looked in the tabook, can find 2373 but no reference to the FYG?
It is my T42, just wondering what kind of screen it has (flexview?) and if it has the Dothan?

Did you configure this machine yourself. If so that's why it's not in the TABOOK or on the website.
If it has a 15" inch screen it's flexview if it is a 14.1" screen then no it's not a flexview.

Hmmm, kind of, it was spec'd as part of an insurance claim.
It is a 15", oh ok, so its a flexview, not sure what that means but I have
heard people on here talk about it.

What about the proc, when I ran the Intel processor checker it said it had
2mb cache?

poor [censored]... you got the large frame/large panel, but crap resolution (XGA). kick your insurance claims guy in the nuts.

with a 15" screen you want at least SXGA+... i went with UXGA because i'm a freak for real-estate. if you only wanted XGA you could've saved a pound or so of weight as well as an inch or so of area by getting the 14.1" screen.

based on the specs in that link i would now say no its not.
I searched for it on IBM and I could not find it.
