Problems with Recovery CD

I recently formated by HD and am attempting to restore to factory setting's through IBM Rescue. However, everytime I go through CD's 1-7, the system restarts and goes to IBM Rescue and Recover, and prompts me go through the process again.

Can any one help understand what i'm doing wrong (i'm removing the CD from the tray), i just can't seem to get into windows.

make sure after you run the first disc you take it out when it asks you to restart. add'l change the boot order in bios back to you hd as 1st boot device.
