How do you enable S-Video Out?

Been looking everywhere on how to do this...all I can find is "enable TV," but nothing tells me where the "enable" button is.

-right click on your desktop, choose properties.
-choose the settings tab.
-click on advanced.
-click on the displays tab
-click on the tab thats's next to the tab that has the name of the device. (i.e. click on the tab next to the tv tab that has the circle with a line in the middle looks like a power button.)

hi! using this, I can see screen of my lappy on the TV, but if I play movie, it just shows as a colored box! how come?

the card will only output video to 1 screen - the primary one
so you have to make your TV the primary display , but then your LCD wont display movies..
