Has anyone else had another T43 fan problem besides noise?

Strangely, my last heatsink-fan assembly started to make a deep vibration noise after specific levels, I have no idea what caused it, but after calling IBM they sent a Onsite tech and replaced it. Noised stopped, and I wonder if this other "noise" is what everyone is describing. Otherwise I can understand the fan being loud on some of the medium levels.

There should be no vibration. I have a T43 long fan fitted on my T42p laptop and it does not vibrates. Wonder if some fan makes more noise when spinning on the high 2000 rpms
