TV mode (Fn + F7 help/not working)

TV mode (Fn + F7 help/not working)
I'm tryin to get my Fn +F7 key to work but it wont switch to tv mode, I can get the display on the tv but its 1024x768, I need the 320... is it software that lets you do that or what?
