Battery wont charge past 19%

its plugged in, even turned it off for a hour or so, wont go past 19%, anybody know why?

take it out for a few minutes, and put it back in.....

I had a similar problem my battery wouldnt go past 49 % so i completely discharged the battery and recharged (took about 4 hours) but everyone it working fine now
