HELP: Restoring T43P from CD set

I am trying to retore my T43P from the set of CDs, but i got an error during the first CD. The error lkind of like this:

Can't install network adapter, check WINBOM

Any advices please???

FYI, I wiped out the IBM restore partition already ....
