Wireless missing from Fn+F5

Recently upgraded the Access Connection to latest version (4.21) and now Fn+F5 only shows bluetooth and no WiFi....AC refuses to scan the wireless network saying the wireless radio is powered off while in reality its very much working (the windows wireless icon in green in tray). So as a result my Home profile (which is a pure wireless profile in AC) doesn't even connect

The Wireless driver is also the latest (Done via Software installer)

Please help (I have a feeling that this problem is not a new one but I can't seem to find the solution thread)

OK, so I first tried libeay32.dll route and I was amazed to see that the dll file was missing from ..'wireless\bin directory...."repaired" the wireless installation (sw installer-remove route) and this brought the file back and no all seem fine....(at least till the next reboot !!!)
