How to apply or order a long fan FRU#13R2657 from IBM?

I just got my T42-2374-6VU 2 weeks ago.
And it seems that I can't endure the fan noise anymore.
After browsing the forum for resolving the noise issue.
Swapping the short fan to long fan seems to me a only resolution so far.
But I can't find the link or website to apply or order the M10 long fan, so if there is anyone who can provide any info about that.
