t42 USB doesn't work:

Well I'm in the process of getting my T42 back up to speed and I noticed that when I connect my digital camera to it it don't install the drivers and the such.

It has power since I'm running a notebook cooler with one of the ports just fine.

Any ideas?

Did you check the respective USB port under the Device Manager?

If it has power, it should be at least recognized by the system, if not fully operational.

Yes. I did check that and update any drivers too. I did uncheck the power save feature for the USB port.

and I booted to bios to see if it was enabled and it was.

I have tried other USB devices and get nothing.
