Replace HDD on T43: need help with instruction, pls?

I would like to upgrade the T43 40GB 5400rpm HDD with Seagate Momentus 5400.2 100GB Mfg Part #: ST9100823A-RK. Is it fully compatible with t43?

I have an external USB HDD, Partition Magic 8.0, Norton Ghost and full set of screwdrivers

Could you please provide some instructions for dummy?

I have only 12 days left (from 14 days return period.) TIA.
