Screen Replacement

I have this fascination with glossy screens for clarity and was wondering if there is a way of implementing a screen such as an X-brite/Onyx black screen into my T41, here are my reasons:

The picture clarity is superb, lighting is perfect, and a lot of people say glossy screens are crap, i dont think this is the case, a standard matt screen believe it or not will capture more environmental light due to on a particle level the screen is what i would say almost abrasive and has a texture, now think, if there are textures to a screen, it has more edges / curves / (atoms etc) to capture light from say your office lamp, glossy screens have a smooth covering which is perfect for cleaning with a microfibre cloth, plus the colour depth is truly a marvel, has anyone fitted such a screen? i dont want to use a screen protector either, this defeits the object!!! i know the ibm screens have a 30 pin connector, so is it that easy to fit? if not, what problems would be envolved?
