replacing SXGA+ LCD with XGA

I have a T23 with a broken LCD. For some reason, I cannot find any new/used SXGA+ LCD (46L2493).
So, I am thinking of replacing it with a XGA LCD, complete with a case on ebay I assume it will come with a correct inverter as well.

Will this work? I am not sure if this will fit physically.
