Which download contains access IBM button driver?

Which download contains access IBM button driver?

My Access IBM button stopped working so I want to reinstall the driver for it, but looking through the list of downloads I can't figure out which package it comes in - anyone have a clue?

Probably Hotkey & Configuration Utility if I remember correctly.
