Mouse issues

Hi. I have a T43. Yesterday I installed Nero 7 software. However, since then, my mouse (I use the Trackpoint) has been playing up.

Normally double clicking the the left hand button launches programs etc. The right hand button brings up the context menu. However, now, the left hand button acts as the context menu and the right hand button does nothing.

I've checked the mouse properties and they are as how they should be. I've re-installed the drivers to no avail. Does anybody have any thoughts before I start re-installing software. Thanks.
