Create Recovery CD's from T40 recovery partition

I notice that T60 or newer T4x come with a utility to create recovery CD's from the recovery partition.

However, the T40 "All Programs\Access IBM\" does not contain such utility. Wonder if there is a way to create a set of CD's on T40?

I believe that the T42/p was the first to allow the user to create CDs from the built-in software.
