ATI 7500 vs. 9000 vs. 9600 3D MARK

I am about getting an older laptop with a 7500 ATI and I'd like to be aware of its gaming capability so I figured this might help.

Please post your 3Dmark01 and 3Dmark03 results of your laptop along with the chipset. I will start with mine as an example. I would really apprechiate some results from older T series laptops with the 7000 or 7500 3D chips. All test on default settings please! (1024x768x32) Thanks

Also, I find it cool that my ATI 9000 is almoast scores ATI 9600 points with 3dmark01... sure it lags behind and scores only 50% in 3dmark03

3DMark03 will only run the first test on the Radeon 7500 because game tests 2-4 require DX8.1 or higher hardware support, and the Radeon 7500 lacks such support. Scoring here is always almost less than 1k.

My T40 gets about 4100 in 3DMark2001SE at 1024x768x32 no AA/AF. This is more than good enough for Quake 3 era FPS games and RTS games like WarCraft III.

I used to play Galaxies on my T40, though all settings were cranked all the way down and the drivers didn't render the faces properly.
