What else can i do with the fingerprint reader?

Hey guys,

The fingerprint reader is great for logging on to windows, but is that the extent of the usefulness?

Sony Vaio laptops (with fingerprint readers) allow users to log onto websites/forums/watever using a fingerprint swipe.

Could this be achieved with the Thinkpad? If not, what software could i use?

Yes, you can.

As far as I know, you can log into websites, forums, and so on, including windows apps requiring passwords.

Go to your programs folder > ThinkVantage > Client Security Solution. Then play with password manager.

If you don't have CSS installed download it using system update or software installer.
