t41 with t22 panel, yes or no ?

I have T41 full functional but with a) crashed TFT panel (14.1") and b)with very,very bad battery, and old T22 full functional. Now I tought is it posible to replace :

1) TFT panel from t22 to t41 ?(same size-14.1")
2) replace battery and charge that battery with charger that I have with t22.

Please answer me what do You think, and also if somone have expirience with those type of "upgrade" tell me. Thanks !

P.S. if this isn't posible, then tell me is that posible to do in combination t22 -> t30, because I can easyly change my t41 for t30 in same combination (broken TFT panel and without battery
