What apps did you install when you did your clean install?

I was just wondering what apps everyone installed when they did their clean install of WinXP on their Thinkpad.

The only app I installed was keyboard customizer so I can have a windows key plus the drivers for all the devices.
I used nero for my burning application since I like that much better than the Record Now.

I installed just the necessary software:

- Access Connections (IBM's best application)
- Easy Eject (useful for my Ipod)
- Software Installer (that's how I make my updates)
- Battery MaxiMiser (useful)
- Presentation Director (just rarely needed)
- Ultra Nav (this accelerates my trackpoint)
- Thinkpad Configuration (almost never needed, but nice to have)

Of course I am also using Nero for burning.
