Keyboard & Tracking Point Blocked when booting docked on

Hi,

I have a ThinkPad T43 2668-F5G, and whenever i try to boot when docked, the keyboard and the Tracking Point are frozen, also the external keyboard doesn't work. The mouse works fine.

When i boot undocked, and then dock, i don't have any problem.

Does anyone has the same problem and know how to solve or troubleshoot this ?
