Whats the Best t Series Laptop As of 9/21/2004

Hello All,

Two quick questions -

What is the best t series laptop available right now?

Next, when are the new verisions of the t series laptop coming out and what features are they going to improve on/add?

I am looking to purchase this laptop soon, but wanted to check with everyoine else to see if I should wait.

2373-KTU for the 14" model. ~$3700 list
2373-KXU for the 15" model. ~$4300 list

2.0GHZ Pentium M 755, 1GB RAM, 60 GB 7200 RPM HDD, IBM A/B/G Wireless, ATI FireGL 128MB, Bluetooth, 9 cell battery, etc.

No word on when the new T series is coming out. It could be anywhere from 2 months to 6 months. It really depends on Intel.

I say get it. Like others say, if you wait, you'll wait forever because there's always something a little better around the corner.

Ditto. The KXU and the KTU are the absolute top-of-the-line T42p units currently. If there is a refresh of the T42/T42p, expect to see the following:
