T40, Booting from USB?
Does anyone know if it is possible to boot a T40 from a USB Flash Drive? I want to install backtrack2 onto a flash drive, instead of running it from CD. Thanks
According to http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Supported_Boot_Devices, yes it is. I'd assume it's as simple as changing the boot order in the BIOS to whatever ID your flash drive is; I've never changed the boot order on my T40 to anything other than the hard drive or optical drive.
