Ok, I have my trusty old T41 here and the 1.74 maintenance disk.
I would like to change my UUID to something obnoxious...
I have already changed my Serial # and what not...
How do I change the UUID?
Change UUID?

The maintenance disk will generate a new UUID if the one you have is no good. If you look around, you can probably find the source code for the assembler language program that patches the eeprom to turn off checking the type of wireless card allowed. With some work, you could fix it to zap the UUID. Unfortunately, the UUID is in a block that is included in the checksum so you would ruin your motherboard. That would be obnoxious.
