MIMO with multiple network cards?

Is it possible to "team" multiple wireless cards in order to increase throughput? For example, i've got the regular internal a/b/g card and also a few a/b/g pc card adapters, so far it seems that with regular windows networking it will just use one adapter or the other, not both at the same time. is there a program or a special driver perhaps that could possibly do this?

If you want, you can define your routing table in windows, then windows can direct traffic via different network interface based on destination IP address.

For all practical purposes the above is most likely a waste of time.
