Cisco AIR-MP21G-A-K9= in a T4x

Has anyone tried to put the 802.11G Cisco AP upgrade radio into a T40 series? I know the bios hack will be required.

Sorry I should be more specific. What are the advantages over Intel 2200BG or IBM a/b/g?
