100% cpu usage

Hey guys ,

This game i am keen to play uses 99%-100% even when on idle and on pause , now i hav a t30 which i heard can get quite hot i orded a vantec lapcool with 3 fans you plug it under and it cools your notebook and i plan elevating the system aswell a tad put cd cases on each side so air goes through. Will it be enough so it doesnt crash? also should i download hte fan adjuster or wait till theres problems then get it?
