92P1102 battery - where to buy?

I'm thinking about ordering a 92P1102 battery from ComputerGiants (the product info says manufactured by Lenovo) for my T42p. Has anyone gotten one from them recently, and if so, what was the manufacture date?

ComputerGiants wants $84, while Lenovo.com wants $179 for this battery. Is the premium really that large?
