T43 15" Screen = Hard Latching???

Anybody else have a T43 and problems getting the latch to catch when closing the lid?

It will always latch but I have to really close it with both hands and press firmly. I had a Z60 and a few other thinkpads and was able to just close the lid.

Nobody has a 15" T43?

I have a 15" T42p, which uses the same base and lid, and I do not have the problem. It sounds like a hinge might be bent or need to be adjusted. See if the 4 screws on the back that hold the hinges are tight.
