is it possible to convert a xga lcd to sxga? if so, what are all the parts needed to be changed?

That is possible.
you just need a sxga+ screen and a sxga+ video data wire.

Why would where you live matter?

You just need the screen and appropriate cable.

no matter where you are,you also can buy these two parts from internet. Like me,I'm from china.Buy I can buy these two parts from taobao.com so easy.
