Battery charged to the top?

My T42's battery shows in the Battery information that the design capacity and the full charge capacity have a 10.00 Wh difference between them... so what I understand is that the battery can charge more but it isn't....

Any fix for this situation?

Lithium technology rechargeable batteries lose capacity over time. The gap between full charge capacity and design capacity is one of the indicators of how much wear your battery had experienced.

The "cycle count" is another of the wear indicators.
