Mini pci N cards are really hard to find, but you can use a pcmcia card.

Alan,

From a value perspective, you're better off getting a B/G card. The prices are much lower than what you can get from 802.11n cards, and I think you'll find wireless-g performance plenty fast.

Hi Chris

It sounds good, any particular one like Linsky's and is it by size or are all the laptops the same size.

And can l use it in my 600x which is running like a top?

Thanks

Alan

So much to learn and so little time~

Prices are low enough that you could install something like an Intel 2200BG card internally for wireless. Just realize that you may have to use the no-1802 hack if the card isn't IBM/"brandless".

For external cards, you will find fans of every manufacturer. I am a linksys fan. A PCMCIA card should work in the 600x too, but you should probably ask that in the 600 forum.

Hi

I'm going to wait until l receive the T40 on thurs and make sure it is running before l start to play.

The 600x is working just fine so before l go into unchartered waters, l will wait and then play.

Alan
